What exactly do I have to do to earn commissions?
There are 3 steps involved in the process:
1. Find profitable businesses using the tools and guidelines we provide.
2. When you find a business for sale that meets our guidelines, enter into our secure and exclusive Deal Vault.
3. Wait for an investor to select your deal. When the deal closes, you get paid your commission.
How much time do I need to spend to get started?
Great question. The course is designed to allow you to work at your own pace with the time you have available.
1. First you need to review the course materials provided. Depending on your speed of comprehension, this could take anywhere from 2-6 hours. Once you have a firm grip on how to use the tools available to you, you can get started looking for profitable businesses for sale.
2. You will be required to contact the seller or broker to obtain detailed information needed to complete the required fields for entry into the deal vault. We provide you with a script and other forms to make this step easy.
3. Finally, set some quiet time aside to enter the information in our exclusive Deal Vault. The more deals you enter, the more likely it is that an investor will choose one of your deals to work on. Not all deals successfully close. Some are eliminated once the investor does his/her due diligence. That’s why it is important to find and enter as many deals as your schedule allows.
Why is it so cheap?
If you think this program is cheap compared to other programs, you’re right. We want to see as many new deals as we can get. Are there any hidden costs?
